Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA). The successful candidate will manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws, and provide strategic tax advice to support business growth.

This role demands strong expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax assessments, appeals, and litigations, as well as conducting tax planning to optimize liabilities for business transactions, mergers, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Direct Taxation:
  • Oversee preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns (ITR) and TDS compliances (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ)
  • Manage tax assessments, appeals, and litigations (Scrutiny, CIT, ITAT Appeals)
  • Conduct tax planning to optimize liabilities for business transactions, mergers, and restructuring
  • Reconcile tax accounts and stay updated on direct tax law changes
Indirect Taxation:
  • Manage all aspects of indirect taxation, including GST, customs duties, and other indirect taxes
