Job Title: Senior US Payroll Executive

Job Location: Visakhapatnam

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years

Educational Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Payroll Tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process US and Canada Payrolls with accuracy and compliance.
  • Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools.
  • Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.
  • Ensure Payroll Compliance with US GAAP standards (knowledge preferred).
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.
  • Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US Payroll Laws, compliance, and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems.
  • Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
