Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep local network, strong relationship-building skills, and a go-getter attitude to build and nurture a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development managers across site locations.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets aligned with project goals.
- Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane, building and managing a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources, and coordinating with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
A key aspect of this role will be to build strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers, as well as identifying, approaching, and onboarding new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
Key Competencies:
- Strong network of channel partners across MMR (especially Thane)
- Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate
- Self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets
