Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to optimize processes, manage sales technologies, and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting
  • Drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership
  • Manage and enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to support automation and workflow optimization
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Own key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
