Sales Leader for Cybersecurity Solutions

As a Cybersecurity Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for cybersecurity products and services in the Indian market. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.
This includes owning the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, demonstrating strong technical acumen to articulate complex solutions effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in cybersecurity sales or IT solution sales within India.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably with a cybersecurity OEM or system integrator.
