Head of Placement and Corporate Engagement

The Head of Placement and Corporate Engagement is a pivotal leadership role within our institution, responsible for spearheading the Placement & Corporate Interface function. This strategic position demands a strong corporate network, result-driven approach, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute placement strategies that align with our institutional vision and market trends.
  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to enhance engagement and foster connections.
  • Oversee the entire placement process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and training partners to equip students with industry-relevant skills, including resume building, interview preparation, and group discussion practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree (preferably an MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within an academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams.
