Human Resources Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the HR operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, compliance, and policy implementation.The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. They will be proficient in HRMS, PMS, OKR tools, and advanced Excel, and have strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR systems.A key requirement is proven experience with KPI/OKR alignment in educational or multi-entity organizations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the HR operations team to deliver on operational tasks, PMS, KPI, and OKR goals. They will ensure accurate dashboards for attendance, leave, engagement, performance, and OKR alignment, and coordinate with stakeholders on teacher calendars, reports, and performance-linked presentations.The job requires conducting audits on payroll, attendance, leave, ESI, PF, PMS records, and OKR progress, generating accurate reports including attrition, cost analysis, KPI school reports, and compliance summaries.The Human Resources Operations Manager will also generate actionable insights from HR, PMS, KPI, and OKR data, present dashboards and reports on attrition, engagement, school KPIs, and Edufice OKRs to leadership, and build predictive and prescriptive analytics for workforce planning.This role offers an opportunity to drive digital transformation in HR, including automation of PMS and OKR tracking, and implement initiatives that link HR operations with school KPIs and Edufice strategy.The Human Resources Operations Manager will work closely with leaders to build a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values, and partner with Edufice leadership to cascade organizational OKRs into HR operations and team-level goals.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, and be able to optimize processes for efficiency, compliance, and performance alignment across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
