Job Title: People Operations Manager

At the core of every successful organization lies a well-oiled machine, and that machine is powered by its people. As a People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless payroll processes, maintaining strict adherence to statutory and labor law compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to drive organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate salary inputs and ensure accurate disbursements.
  • Conduct regular payroll reconciliations to maintain zero discrepancies.

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and filings with vendors and consultants.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/ Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
