People Operations Intern

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic intern to join our People team. Our team is comprised of talented individuals who work together to create a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences for new hires.
  • HRIS Management: Support the maintenance of accurate data on Keka, including attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation, to ensure a respectful and smooth transition.
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies that align with our culture and values.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist with documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to ensure we remain audit-ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • AI Enthusiast: Experiment with AI best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
