Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our strategic and operational hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.
The role involves workforce planning, candidate engagement, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
- Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics.
