Employer Brand Specialist

We're seeking a talented Employer Brand Specialist to support our Global Recruiting Team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Marketing to drive authentic storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

The successful candidate will have a catalog or portfolio of past work, showcasing their creative projects and campaign results.

To succeed in this exciting role, you'll:

  • Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to develop engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives

To ensure your success, you'll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging people-first messaging
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative approach, thriving in fast-moving collaborative environments
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones
