Leadership Position in Veterinary Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Veterinarian to lead our veterinary practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals, developing strategic partnerships, and mentoring junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead veterinary practice and develop strategies for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled professionals
  • Mentor and support junior staff members in their career development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in veterinary practice
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
  • Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years
  • Pet Parenting experience
