Collection Analytics Manager

As a Collection Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's risk analytics and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical insights to inform operational and product strategy for loan repayment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop effective collection strategies by analyzing internal and external data, maximizing recovery rates.
  • Lead a team within the collections department, optimizing staffing levels to meet workload demands.
  • Craft business solutions by coding to drive outcomes and influence vendor strategies for optimal cost recovery.
  • Monitor key metrics, such as collections performance, delinquency rates, and auto pay, and advise on vendor strategies.
  • Foster relationships with Product and Risk teams to drive operational strategies across collections and recoveries.

Requirements:

  • Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data using SQL, Python, R, Databricks, and other developer tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
