Mobile Growth Expert Job Description

We are seeking an expert-level professional to spearhead mobile growth strategies and optimize business operations. As a Mobile Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions through in-depth analysis of user behavior and market trends.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and channels.
  • Develop and maintain attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Build complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze user behavior data for growth insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role in mobile app environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase, Snowflake, and AppsFlyer for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
  • Understanding of incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and privacy-first measurement approaches.
  • Previous experience working as a contractor or consultant with ability to integrate into client teams.
