- We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable growth through precision targeting, smart bidding, and relentless creative iteration.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who treats growth as a math problem, thrives on efficiency, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage budgets with the goal of maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics (e.g. payer conversion, average revenue per user (ARPU), lifetime value (LTV)) and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
- Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types.
- Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and LTV-boosting features.
- Report weekly on spend, performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- 2+ years of user acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- Track record of scaling user acquisition with positive unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, customer acquisition cost (CAC) / LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and key metrics (ARPU, ARPDAU, retention).
- Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS; comfort with SKAN and IDFA constraints.
