Amazon Advertising Specialist

About our organization, a renowned fine jewelry manufacturer and supplier with over 20 years of expertise in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Amazon advertising lead to own and drive all aspects of our online advertising strategy for thousands of products. This role can be done remotely and requires occasional travel to our office.

This individual will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve ambitious sales growth and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven record of scaling campaigns, maximizing returns, and aligning advertising strategy with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Drive sales growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA) goals while aligning with company-wide revenue targets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Continuously optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Create detailed reporting dashboards providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon advertising policies, tools, and emerging trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling CPA.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns across multiple product lines with high attention to detail.
