Job Title: Head Customer Care
Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven professional to lead our Customer Care function as AGM/GM. The successful candidate will oversee team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage escalations across service-driven operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, supervise, and monitor the Customer Service team to guarantee timely resolution of customer complaints in accordance with defined turnaround times (TATs).
- Coordinate effectively with Department Heads to ensure prompt and efficient complaint resolution.
- Elevate critical issues to senior management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enhance customer experience at training centers through regular monitoring and physical audits.
- Proactively measure and track customer satisfaction, implementing timely interventions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity reports related to customer care activities.
- Communicate with customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science; an MBA is highly desirable.
- Industry Exposure: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sectors such as Telecom, Health Insurance, Hospitality, or Banking.
- IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical skills are essential.
