
Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat.
- Monitor social media for customer complaints and provide prompt assistance.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Familiarity with e-commerce industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Experience handling high call volumes and meeting productivity standards.
- Work from our office location on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47.
- Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (5.5 days a week, rotational weekend off).
- Daily targets and KPIs to ensure performance and growth.
