Strategic Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our bidding team in securing high-value projects on Upwork.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of bidders, ensuring successful project outcomes and high conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
  • Experience working with international clients from the USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia.
  • Knowledge of software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, and other related technologies.
