Job Overview

At Third Bridge, we're seeking a Tech Leader to drive our Technical Support and Success operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring they adhere to agreed processes and best practices.
  • Manage the team's day-to-day activities, including recruitment, management, and development.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues from the team and investigate key blockers for improved workflow.
  • Deliver results while managing stakeholder expectations and working closely with the Head of Technology Success.
  • Develop priorities, ask critical questions, and manage expectations as the company grows.
  • Promote problem management, ensure key users are informed about changes or issues, and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Foster a commitment to continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in IT Operations (desktop and technical/application support) is essential.
  • Strong work ethic, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to coaching team members are required.
  • Excellent people management skills, dedication to continuous improvement, ability to translate technical jargon, influence stakeholders, and creative problem-solving are necessary.
  • Familiarity with ITIL foundations and concepts is desirable.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
