This role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
