Welcome to our IT Support role, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operation of real estate ERP systems.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP IT Support professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supporting ERP systems such as Farvision and In4Velocity.

  • Application Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and ERP vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the ERP application.
  • User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors to resolve application issues.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed, and provide comprehensive training and support.
