Cloud Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting cloud-hosted applications, particularly on AWS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level support for applications hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Monitoring application health using DataDog and other observability tools; responding to alerts and anomalies.
  • Performing root cause analysis and resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborating with development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

The required skills and qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.).
  • Proficient in DataDog for monitoring, alerting, and dashboard creation.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
  • Good understanding of logs debugging.
