Cloud Infrastructure Support EngineerJoin our team in the HCL Cloud Product department, where we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer.We are looking for an experienced professional to support our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, architecture, and technologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions;
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on cloud-related matters;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud infrastructure initiatives and projects;
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud computing;
  • Developing and delivering training programs and documentation to improve cloud skills and knowledge within the organization;
  • Engaging with cloud vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business arrangements.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;• At least 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, operations, or a related field;• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP);• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash;• Experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration tools;• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, compliance regulations, and risk management principles;• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Benefits:
