Job Summary:
Lead a team responsible for achieving exceptional semiconductor production outcomes in a 300mm Wafer Fab. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in production, develop algorithms for yield analysis, and implement data integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Yield Management excellence in a 300mm Wafer Fab environment.
- Collaborate with Digital/IT teams to design and develop software and databases ensuring seamless data integration.
- Design Data Integration frameworks collecting insights from E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, and Sort.
- Develop yield analysis algorithms enabling root cause understanding and optimization.
- Partner with Process Integration, CFM, and vendors to drive continuous system improvements.
- Generate Automated yield reports ensuring reliability and scalability of software for high-volume data.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Product Engineering and Process Integration teams to obtain requirements for yield management software.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of device physics, process integration, yield improvement, and failure mechanisms.
- Familiarity with statistical techniques, data visualization, operations dashboards, process modules, metrology, and defect inspection tools.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
