Production Excellence Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to join our Cell Maintenance team at Fabcity. As a vital member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

About the Role:

  • Output & Yield Responsibility: Ensure production meets desired quality standards while following SOPs.
  • Solar/Chemical Industry/Mechanical Expertise: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly valued.
  • Process Improvement: Implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model updates, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong mathematical and technical skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Team Leadership & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
