Job Title: Process Engineering Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of equipment maintenance and have hands-on experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication tools. Their expertise should extend to corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as the ability to perform robot teaching and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair complex wet etch equipment, including 200/300mm Wet Benches and Single wafer processing tools.
  • Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of tools and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize tool utilization.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment maintenance.
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field with emphasis on mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Mitsubishi/Omron) is an added advantage.
