About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support in condition monitoring of rotating equipment using various techniques such as vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and video-scoping.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting. They will also have knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types, as well as familiarity with various vibration standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Engineer level support on Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment
- Utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques analyse and provide necessary recommendation on maintenance needs
- Support reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters
- Maintain updated knowledge of the condition of the Rotating Equipment by monitoring tracking and analysing to identify the developing fault defect
- Maintain Rotating Equipment condition healthy in compliance with associated standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Accredited Vibration Analysis training (Cat I)
- Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data system like CSI, Emerson, SKF, and GE System1 Smart Signal
- Experience in Power, Refinery, Petrochemical Industry with 4-6 years overall experience and at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring experience
- Basic knowledge related to Rotating Equipment construction function and maintenance
