Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment, as well as the maintenance department's performance in meeting production targets with desired quality within time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, computers, and automation, as well as knowledge of standardizing, evaluating, and controlling machine spares.

They should also be familiar with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM, and have experience working with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the ability to train and guide maintenance crew members in troubleshooting, modifying circuits and mechanisms, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analyzing skills
  • Able to formulate, plan, and execute comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs of machines
  • Proficient in designing and reconditioning machine control panels
  • Competent in material procurement, vendor development, and negotiation
  • Able to train and guide maintenance crew members
