We are seeking a skilled Machinery Automation Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery rectification/maintenance within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals. Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting is required. Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines is also necessary. In addition, the candidate should be able to conduct and document in-process checks accurately.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing as per SOPs, setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machines to ensure accurate and efficient production, conducting routine equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations, maintaining product quality standards during machine operations in line with GMP guidelines, recording machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs accurately, ensuring material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are carried out as per requirements, reporting and escalating equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or abnormalities promptly, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the engineering team, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment following GHP and safety standards.

A strong educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, along with certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 22000. Experience in supporting product development or scale-up trials is also beneficial. Furthermore, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams, and have a strong attention to detail.
