About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Ads Media Buyer who is not just skilled with ads but also has a keen eye for detail and a passion for performance optimization.

This is a full-time remote role that requires someone to manage significant monthly budgets, experiment boldly, and grow with our company. You must be able to adapt and take feedback on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimizing ad spend each month on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using real strategy, not guesswork.
  • Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and spot trends fast.
  • Testing ad creatives, leading ideas, and structure.
  • Writing compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that converts.
  • Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for numbers.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Are highly analytical and confident with math – you love numbers and logic.
  • Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends, and projections.
  • Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative.
  • Have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record.
  • Understand key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and how to optimize them.
