Job Overview

We're seeking a data-driven and creative
Google Ads & Meta Campaigns Specialist
with proven experience to lead paid media efforts across Google and Meta platforms. This role is pivotal in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing performance, and crafting compelling ad strategies that convert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies aligned with business goals
  • Perform keyword and audience research to refine targeting
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Generate actionable insights and performance reports
  • Recommend optimizations based on data trends and KPIs
  • Innovation & Growth:

o  Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends

o  Explore emerging ad platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) as needed

o  Contribute to quarterly planning and performance reviews

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting and ad creative ideation skills
  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates should reside in areas that allow for easy daily travel to Coimbatore.
