Social Media Marketing Manager (Paid Meta Specialist)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 6 – 10 years

Job Summary

We are a UK-based digital agency expanding in India and looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager / Paid Meta Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram campaigns for both the UK and Indian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Develop strategies to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to build engaging ad creatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports.
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and social media marketing trends.

Requirements

  • 6 – 10 years
     of hands-on experience with Paid Social / Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in 
    Meta Ads Manager
     and audience targeting.
  • Proven record of managing high-budget ad campaigns with measurable success.
  • Proficiency in 
    Excel
     (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
