Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned RevOps professional to lead the implementation of full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs in HubSpot.

  • This is not just about setting up installations; it's about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring models, and fixing revenue leakages to drive client ROI.
  • You will be responsible for leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations, configuring lead scoring models, mapping revenue processes, implementing integrations with other platforms, auditing funnels, and building real-time dashboards for attribution and growth tracking.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot experience with proven ability to manage complex setups.
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and APIs.
  • Analytical mindset to identify leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
