**Revenue Integrity Specialist**: A key role that ensures revenue accuracy and compliance from contract to cash realization. By managing the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle, this position safeguards against revenue leakage, drives timely and accurate invoicing, and strengthens stakeholder trust.

This vital function serves as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps, fostering seamless execution of contract-to-cash processes. With a strong focus on process excellence and automation, this team member will leverage technology to enhance visibility, scalability, and efficiency in contract management and invoicing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, and legal requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of contracts, guaranteeing billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements.
  • Serve as Finance POC for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure.
  • Drove improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
