About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned contract manager to oversee our legal operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and safeguarding our interests.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. The successful candidate will also ensure that our business practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review contracts to ensure they meet our business needs and comply with applicable laws.
  • Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments to minimize potential risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate contractual disputes and protect our intellectual property rights.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to internal teams on contract-related matters.
Requirements
  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or architecture industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
