
Healthcare Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced performance marketing specialist to join our team and lead paid campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns targeting healthcare services and patients.
- Drive patient acquisition and brand visibility through targeted advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting specific to the healthcare industry.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Patient Acquisition Cost, and provide regular reports.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement and enhanced patient engagement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant healthcare advertising regulations, including Google's healthcare ad policy and Meta restrictions.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage potential patients and drive conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
- Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
- Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns (clinics, hospitals, doctors).
