About the Role
This is a senior-level role with high visibility across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver impactful training programs for our sales and business development teams in key regions, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Impact Training
- Activity-Based Training: Run dynamic, activity-driven sessions where people learn by doing—not just listening.
- Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning: Create structured forums where the team can share, practice, and grow together.
- Buddy Training & Mentorship: Drive the buddy system to give new hires a strong, supportive start.
- Hands-On Coaching & OJT: Be on the floor with the team, providing real-time coaching that translates directly into execution.
- Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive, virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing—plus refreshers to keep skills sharp.

- Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.
