We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training initiatives across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff in food, beverages, and liquor service.\
• Standardize operational training across all outlets to ensure brand consistency.\
• Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.\
• Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.\
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in F&B training.\
• Ensure seamless integration of new staff members into the team.\
• Plan and execute large-scale training events as required.\
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to staff.\
• Maintain accurate records of training activities.\
• Report on training metrics and outcomes.\
• Enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction through effective training.\
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.\

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.\
• Proven track record of success in leadership roles.\
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in the workplace.\
