Job Title: Learning and Growth Leader
\We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training initiatives across all outlets.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff in food, beverages, and liquor service.\
- Standardize operational training across all outlets to ensure brand consistency.\
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.\
