Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Docushare products and troubleshoot software problems.
  • Analyze and identify symptoms of a problem to provide an end-to-end solution.
  • Support internal and external customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Understand and comply with team processes and procedures.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to self-train and learn new products and software applications.
  • Demonstrated strong troubleshooting abilities and computer proficiency.
  • High level of motivation, maturity, and dependability under high pressure situations.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a hybrid mode with US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
