Main Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Docushare products and troubleshoot software problems.
- Analyze and identify symptoms of a problem to provide an end-to-end solution.
- Support internal and external customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Understand and comply with team processes and procedures.
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
- Ability to self-train and learn new products and software applications.
- Demonstrated strong troubleshooting abilities and computer proficiency.
- High level of motivation, maturity, and dependability under high pressure situations.
This role requires working in a hybrid mode with US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
