Job Role

A Senior Associate with expertise in Financial Accounting is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, and necessary adjustments.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Post daily journal entries to the general ledger in a timely manner.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Hands-on exposure to financial accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
