Job Title: Platform Development SpecialistAbout the Job:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough sub-systems tests and integration systems tests to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans to meet project requirements.
  • Review contractors' installation plans and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assess installation activity reports for component system installation, schedule, and procedures.
  • Review contractors' test plans and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate contractor static specifications and test reports to guarantee quality.
  • Examine contractor dynamic specifications and test reports to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor integrated test reports to optimize project delivery.
  • Oversee commissioning activity reports for component testing, system integration, schedule, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering or Electronics/Telecommunication/IT/ECE from a recognized institution with a minimum total experience of 20 years.
  • 7 years of experience in the construction field of PSD of Metro Projects is necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Capacity to problem-solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Technical specification with proven PSD experience.
