We are seeking a Power Platform and SharePoint expert with deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), building and managing Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy, developing and supporting mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions, designing and building impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting, driving adoption of governance and best practices across business units, using tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration, and ensuring compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
