Job Title: Senior Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows and building scalable solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring modern, efficient and user-friendly replacements.
  • Develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, gather requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
