As a senior UI5/Fiori developer, you will be working on the design and development of modern enterprise applications on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

You will collaborate with backend developers and functional teams to integrate Fiori apps with S/4HANA and SAP BTP services via OData, REST APIs, and CDS views.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing responsive, modern, and user-friendly SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Customizing standard Fiori apps and creating new ones aligned with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
  • Driving clean core adoption by utilizing SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), following SAP's 3-tier extensibility model.
  • Participating in Application Extension Methodology (AEM) decisions – evaluating when to build side-by-side vs. in-app extensions.
  • Leveraging SAP BTP services such as SAP Mobile Services, Launchpad Service, Workflow Management, and SAP Build to deploy Fiori apps securely and efficiently.
  • Working with ABAP RAP developers to consume released APIs, build RAP-based OData services, and ensuring end-to-end app architecture.
  • Maintaining UI5 app versioning and managing deployment pipelines using CI/CD best practices and SAP BTP Transport Management.
  • Ensuring adherence to SAP UX strategy, clean coding practices, and alignment with S/4HANA upgrade and Fiori evolution (e.g., Horizon theme, My Home Launchpad).

You will work in an Agile environment and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.
