Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft stack and Power platform development, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance/best practices and support to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that all team members are following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and the Product Architect (PA) to prioritize development activities, meeting expected deliverables and deadlines.
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team, working closely with the Product Owner and Product Architect to resolve issues.
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, leveraging expertise from the Scrum Master to optimize workflows.
Core Platform Governance
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
