Job Title:

Transformation Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking an expert Transformation Lead with extensive experience in delivering cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transformative business solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Design, configure, and deliver robust business applications on Power Apps and Model-Driven Apps, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with existing business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Implement process improvements and functional analysis to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.
  • Partner with onshore teams for solution signoffs, delivery ownership, and post-deployment activities.
  • Enable intelligent automation using Copilot, AI Builder & Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions (functional & technical roles).
  • Expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and other related technologies.
  • Knowledge of ALM, governance, security roles, integration (APIs/Azure), and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working with global/distributed teams and strong documentation skills.
  • Preferred certifications include PL-200, MB-210, PL-600, and AI-900.
