Senior Transformation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned transformation professional to drive impactful initiatives and elevate the employee experience.

This role involves developing measurement frameworks to assess progress on complex projects, leading cross-functional collaboration to address multifaceted challenges, and leveraging customer insights to refine strategies and enhance business solutions.

The ideal candidate will cultivate strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation, mentor a dynamic team, manage individual performance through regular coaching, and guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Experience leading the people side of change for technologists.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
