We seek an experienced Staff Software Engineer who will serve as a trusted technical leader, domain-level architect, and mentor across teams. This individual will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Backend Development: Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction

Requirements:

  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
  • Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators, LLMs, and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to influence org-wide strategies and architecture reviews.
