Global Implementation Leader

Our Global Implementation Leader is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. This individual will lead our global implementation operations, ensuring strategic direction and operational excellence across multiple geographies.

Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, the Global Implementation Leader will define and execute the global implementation strategy, aligning with our business objectives and rapid growth trajectory. This includes leading strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives, as well as championing continuous evolution of our implementation philosophy.

The successful candidate will enable and track value realization across projects, unlocking desired outcomes from transformations within defined timelines, scope, and budget parameters. They will maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations and act as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges.

This leader will also build and scale high-performing teams through strategic hiring, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous professional development. They will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across colleagues and teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/HRMS Delivery or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Tech savviness and deep interests in adopting new technologies for process improvements and high-value impact/outcomes
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Outstanding executive presence with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers
